This micro-suede unit is great because:
+ Solid stitching
+ Reasonable price
+ Acceptable zipper
+ Thick material
+ Larger size with some slack for a standard futon
The *previous* cover that came with my futon barely survived 3-4 washings before the zipper pulled from the fabric and the stitchings were coming out. The problems were partially attributable to the fact that the old cover was a tight fit - this caused a lot of stress on the cover.
This unit has survived the last month very well and was much easier to put on my futon.
