Easy to assemble????, July 15, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Walker Edison Twin Roll-Out Trundle Bed Frame, Black (Kitchen) I just received this; directions look relatively clear but please be aware that EVERY SINGLE PIECE of this frame has to be put together separately. There are 14 small bolts and washers, 8 large bolts and washers, and 42 plastic tab locks that must be screwed or otherwise inserted into the frame. The mattress supports have to be laid out and each attached separately. Other reviews say that it's easy, but it is definitely going to take some time.

It took about 20 minutes to put it together and it was easy. I would recommend putting down a piece of plywood on the frame, so the mattress will have some support and last longer.

We put ours underneath a bunk bed, for a third bed. The frame is sturdy, and when taken care of, will last quite a while. The children that are on this bed range from ages 7-14; holds up well during use. Easily put together, 7 yr old son helped took them less than an hour to do.
